Marina Prifti

Short Bio

Marina Prifti is a human resources consultant, trainer and accredited certified coach by International Coach Federation.

In her 22-year corporate career, Marina has worked with every level of management and led smaller or bigger cross-functional teams to achieve organisational results in every aspect of human resources: talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, career development, training and development, succession planning, HR digitalisation as well as implementation of HRIS across different industry sectors (technology, telecommunications, energy, higher education) in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Marina lives in Dublin but she is originally from Athens, Greece. She holds a BSc in Computer Science from Athens University of Economics and Business, a Master of Arts in Organisation Studies from Warwick Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Irish Employment Law from Dublin Business School.

An avid learner and passionate about self-development, Marina combines analytical thinking with problem solving skills, business awareness and emotional intelligence.  She is a proficient user of personality assessment tools (SHL, Cubiks), job grading methodologies (Hays, Willis Towers Watson) and has accreditations in different modalities: Coaching, Neuro Linguistics Programming and Theta Healing which incorporates them in her leadership development programmes, depending on the clients’ needs.

In August 2021, Marina established her own consultancy and has worked with UCD Innovation Academy, An Cosán, South Dublin County Partnership and Deloitte Greece.
