What clients say about my work
Marina has a special kind of magic. In her gentle and firm way she’s able to see clearly through her clients’ blind spots. She helped me recognise my leadership potential and acknowledge the gifts of my previous experience. Time spent with Marina is an investment and I strongly recommend her coaching sessions. It’s surprising what she helps clients achieve in a short period of time by cutting through what is not needed to get to the essence of their value.

Marina is an extremely intelligent (both in EQ and IQ) manager. She is always up to date with the most critical issues in terms of talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning and her diligence and work ethic have led to a reputation that truly precedes her as a manager that will always deliver on time as well with the highest quality. Her great ideas on succession planning and talent management can truly form the basis of a cross-SITRONICS initiative that can take the company to the next level in capitalising on our human capital. I would also not hesitate to nominate her as a mentor of any mid-senior manager who is looking to progress both personally as well as professionally.

My Approach
1.
Define the business need
Every system or programme should address a specific business need. We discuss together what business goal you want to achieve and what is feasible within your timelines and budget.
2.
Identify the objectives and deliverables
Starting with the agreed business goal in mind, we define what exactly your project’s objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines and key stakeholders are.
3.
Create a basic layout /prototype
Based on the objectives and deliverables, I create a basic layout of the programme or system, get feedback from the key stakeholders and adjust it accordingly.
4.
Implement
Together with the HR department, we develop an action plan to achieve the goals, define the metrics to measure success, agree on methodologies/tools to be used and implement the action plan.
5.
Evaluate
Continuous feedback from all involved parties is crucial along with comparing results with desired goals and determine corrective actions that need to be taken for further improvement.
